How We Built This Table
Each menu was evaluated on 12 criteria: cocktail balance (sweet, sour, bitter, spirit-forward), spirit accessibility, guest capacity, total prep time, batch-friendliness, make-ahead potential, non-alcoholic alternatives, required skill level, seasonal fit, cost per serving, required equipment, and overall impression from test dinner parties of 6–8 guests. Menus were tested by our team over 14 dinner parties in late 2025. Prices are based on mid-shelf spirits ($25–$40/bottle) and standard bar ingredients from a well-stocked grocery store.
